Located in a serene area surrounded by nature, this resort is worth the bumpy ride to reach it. the rooms are decent but the highlight is the beautiful view from the balconies. the breakfast spread is sufficient and satisfying. Facilities like the pool and the garden are well-maintained.
The service can be slow and the staff may struggle to accommodate large groups.

the drive to the hotel was incredibly challenging due to the poor road conditions, and we spent nearly an hour navigating our way there. there were no clear directions provided, which made it a frustrating experience. Once we finally arrived, we found that the hotel was quite remote, leaving us stranded without any nearby amenities or attractions.
The service was far below what we anticipated. Our group of 17 people was too much for the staff to manage, leading to delayed requests and long wait times.

The natural surroundings of the hotel are really beautiful and create a relaxing atmosphere. , the rooms were clean and comfortable which was perfect after a long day of work. the hotel is quite secluded from the busy city center which helped me to get some peace and quiet.
The location of the hotel was quite hard to find due to the lack of clear directions and the terrible road leading to it. the service of the hotel was really disappointing for a supposed 4-star hotel.
